S3 hub and horn push mounting

Hello all,

I am looking for a steering wheel hub and horn push mounting for a wood-rim steering wheel for an S3.

I appreciate that an original is going to be very difficult/impossible/expensive so is there anyone who knows if a reproduction is available?

Alternatively, has anyone an original that they can measure as a pattern and pass on the dimensions to me?
