Whats the best way to extract rimbellishers ?

I'm trying to remove/extract the rimbellishers from the rims, but they seem to hold very tight and I don't want to destroy them.

Any good ideas ?

you won't damage them . they're a push fit.... probably just a little rusted-on.
take them off like you would remove the lid from a tin of paint ..
