...........................you sure can make one of these priceless (hr - wise) the one on the top got 16mm holes first, my home-made rings (3mm height); finally getting back to a lathe after 30yrs. my old F1 fabricator pal welded em in and many an hour later it looks like this, the one at the bottom is untouched except for the work - easter?s lovely this year - no silly walk with the y.k.w. sandy

I take it that you are talking about drive peg inserts ?? Been on my to do list for a while...did you use a spare hub as a jig ?

yes, i did. you?ll need various grinders AND those PFERD rounded sandpaper "sanders" fitted to the rubber 6mm (shaft) "holder" PLUS t.b.h. a tiny bit ( 1,5 mm2 ) of polyester filler and lots of elbow grease!!!! cheers sandy
