Brake problem after chassis swap??

Since swapping the chassis went to take the car for an MOT and when started the brakes lokck on. On the jack each turned by hand fine and the car can be pushed no problem but once fired up the brakes lock on.
I am "pretty" sure we have put everything back as before and the servo was spot on before swapping the chassis has anyone any ideas that might help? It is at a friends garage for the MOT and they are struggling also....

If it's a non-original Lockheed servo it could be that the air valve is stuck - see this thread (& others) for info: www.lotuselan.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2165

Clogged or collapsed hoses will cause this behavior.

Yes that's a Lockheed servo - similar to eBay item no. 380020478804. The air valve is under the white plastic cover. A small 'shuttle' valve operated by the hydraulics is underneath this assembly. When it sticks, it can cause this problem. For possible solutions to the problem, see www.lotuselan.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=12929
