Hi
The flare on the 2 photo looks okay and should seal.
The flare on the left of photo 3 looks okay until you look at the back which has a ridge on it. On the right – there is nothing good.
As well as making sure the flares are good you also need to check the condition of seat in the 3 way. Also the pipe should fit straight and true in the fitting – without being pulled into position.

I purchased an Eastwood Professional Brake Line and Tubing Flaring Tool and it works like a charm. Thanks for all the recommendations. I now don't dread having to form a bubble flare!
