Elan wheels

PostPost by: SimonH » Thu Dec 24, 2020 1:47 pm

Saw this for the first time today, might be old news, but quite interesting if you like the steel wheel style but want an alloy wheel. I saw somewhere that the steel wheels are available as well now which is good but these are available in various widths etc. Bit pricey, this company generally is quite expensive, but they make good wheels

Wow. Can't see them selling a lot of those at those prices. Also the sizes (according to the site), start at 5" wide, which I'd not want. Though I may be in the minority......

I hadn’t seen that post. Was on a section I wouldn’t have looked at. Apologies for sharing it again

You definitely are !
I'm contemplating some of the 16 inch wide ones and then hiring the Sprint out as a road roller.... :)

the price is not bad (even inexpensive I would say, considering) but I would wonder about the weight ... and strength. I'll be waiting with interest for feedback from actual users.

They also do 4 1/2" just don't list it on their website.
