Can anyone tell me how to decipher the date of manufacture code on a set of Michelin XAS 155HR13 tires?

Here?s how the sidewalls of each tire are labeled.....

A1E X 1908 (the 1908 is enclosed in a circle)

VCA 2 DD 20-1718-01

Canada and US Codes Only

78H E2 0177542 (the E2 is enclosed in a circle)
