Drop Link Dilema

Obviously, you must have checked the sway bar arm length, but I'm sure you've done that, right. Is the sway bar a stock one or a locally made one? If you have a source to make new ones, I'd like to have some larger dia ones made for my 20/22.

You look to have non standard tubular wishbones, are they correct, is the wheelbase correct when measured from rear hub to front hub, are these wishbones handed and on correctly. just a thought, otherwise as already suggested, is the anti-roll bar the correct dimensions? Has to be one or the other?

Maybe the bottom wishbones you have put the front one where the back one should be and visa versa

Still scratching my head on this one. The A arms are the same. There is not a front and a rear.
What about the uprights? Would it make a difference if I had the left and the right reversed?
I noticed in the manual that the S1/S2 models have 3 degree of caster while the S3/S4 have 7 degrees. Could that mean something? Still scratching.

Nick
No chance, Nick, the twist is the opposite hand to compensate for the forked chassis, unless Spyder has its own system.

Can you measure the track from front to rear hubs and get a comparison figure from either the manual or someone else on here. Might indicate where the problem lies if the track is shorter than anyone else?s.

Sorry if I am being daft, but are we over thinking this?
The anti role bar is to control the lateral movement and I do not see anything that prevents this?
Yes I can see that the drop links appear to lean back perhaps more than usual, but they seem to be doing the job of adequately locating the ARB.
I don?t really see anything wrong. Just my two tuppence worth, so sorry if I a missing the point.
Cheers
