Huco Fuel pump

Strange Anthony at FRC seems to know something Huco (who designed it) don't.
I think i prefer to follow Huco the makers.

Anthony's answer to the question of horizontal mounting was ' correct fitment' !
Evading the issue perhaps?
I havn't yet fitted the Huco pump, and am still using the mechanical one.
However a useful way of pulling fuel through after a lay up, is to attach a 100ml plasic syringe to the fuel inlet pipe and draw some fuel through a few times before attempting start up.Disconnect between each draw and push the piston back in.
Saves drinking petrol!
