Hi
While I am struggling to find anyone to tune webers in west London I am now looking to borrow or buy a colourtune to at least get me driving as far as the nearest rolling road in petersfield !

A colourtune will only help for tickover.
When you're driving it's on the other Jets which is what they will change if needed on the rolling road.
For the mixture tickover just screw in then out to standard setting.
You can drive it to the rolling road like that.
I would suggest you buy new Gasket Kits and Float Valves "Viton" for the Garage to fit.
Good luck
Alan
