Carb now not syncing

hi, had my dcoe off to replace the misab rings
All back together... poor start and rough run... because carb on 1/2 is way out of sync with carb 3/4
Synchometer readings:
At 1000 rpm
1/2 = 1
3/4 = 4
Using the adjuster (clockwise) to bring into sync cause a stall...
Very odd as nothing has changed... unless carb 1/2 is jammed float,? Something odd making it so far out of sync... any ideas ?

The most obvious reason for carbs to go out of sync is due to air leaks, i know the last time i changed the o-rings on my car i had all sorts of issues getting the carbs to seal correctly.
I believe the o rings i used were too hard and didn't swell when fuel hit them so the carbs had to be tightened very evenly. In the end i had to over tighten them to get a good balance.
Try checking the carb balance at a few different rpm's (Idle-2000-3000) so if you have an air leak the difference will be less dramatic as the throttles open.

I ignored the stall, which I presume was because they were so out of sync.. I increased revs, synced, and when back to normal idle, everything worked...
