DCOE Mounting Flange Query

I have a pair of DCOE31s which I have (nearly) dismantled.
I have now just noticed that a couple of the mounting holes have been enlarged.
Should I have them drilled and sleeved?
Or
Will they be ok as they are?

Sometimes the mounting bolts on the manifold aren't aligned quite perfectly, and the Weber holes have been elongated slightly so that the carbs doesn't bind on them. I don't know if this is considered acceptable practice or not, but I've come across it before. Personally, I don't think it's anything to be concerned about.

Since you're going to have a couple of O-rings between carb and manifold, and the carb is flexibly-mounted in any case, I don't think it matters.
