Dellorto Accelerator Pump Set Up

Hi Everyone

I wonder if the is anyone here who can please help me with details of the set up proceedure for the Dellorto carburettor accelerator pumps. I know this basically involves stroking the pumps a number of times and then collecting and measuring the amount of fuel flowed. Trouble is nowhere can I find any actual values for this. Failing that can the pumps be set up by measuring and setting the stroke of the pump actuating rods

I've set mine, but I just used the simplistic method of checking that it will squirt about six feet from the carb.

If I'm not wrong,the amount of squirt is in the manual...

I might be blind but I've looked through both the Plus 2 and Europa manuals and can't see the info anywhere. Any idea what page it's on

Sorry mate,I did have a figure for this but cannot locate it at the moment,the only clue I can find is start at a stroke of 10mm (webers)..

Thanks very much for the replys. I've actually just done the obvious and phoned Dellorto. Apparantly the answer is:-

20 strokes of the pump should supply 7.5cc of petrol
