Elan +2 fuel filler pipe

Can anyone tell me if the rubber connecting piece that joins the fuel filler pipe to the fuel tank is unique to the elan, or can it be sourced from another production car. ?30 plus VAT seems a bit steep for a piece of rubber tube.

if you can find a tight enough bend then any petrol proof pipe of the right diameter would do the job. Ensure it is petrol proof, not all rubber is and you dont want dissolved rubber blocking up your carb jets.
