Fuel tank fixings?

Hi all.

Does any one know what size Screws are used to fit the original Sender to an Original steel tank on a S4/Sprint? unfortunately my car had been over stripped and i seem to be missing allot of nuts and screws

Also while i'm asking for help, is the Fuel tank rubber mounted or do the three studs go through the floor with a washer/Nut on the outside? (no rubber washers or spacers etc)

Just while i'm thinking on, i found this picture on a thread of the loom route, is it fixed in place with anything or left loose? i know the rear numberplate light loom and main power is held in place with 2" cloth tape is it the same story with the rear light loom?

the 2" cloth tape is a new one on me - Just hangs there.
