Weber carbs set-up

Can anyone recommend someone to set up and balance the Webers on my S2, ideally near London (SW) ?

No need to go out for a webber set up ......first you
Need a balancer like a unison or some flow meter to match the carbs flow front to back . Next set the mixture screws 1 and 1/4 turns from the bottom ...drive the car and do the final mixture ...
