I just had my stock AC fuel pump rebuilt by Then and Now Automotive in Weymouth,MA.

They disassembled it, bead blasted it, rebuilt it with new parts, tested it and returned it back to me in under one week... all for $85 bucks. It's too nice to install now. They did a super job, and I highly recommend them. The old parts that they replaced were returned to me and are shown in the photo below to the right of the pump.

Coincidently, I'd just had the same rebuild done to my spare pump by the same folks. I am very impressed with the work and speed they provided. I'm hoping the new valves, which do a lot better job of sealing, will prevent gas siphoning back from the carbs to the tank. The old flexible diaphragm and valve sheets were made of a reddish material, which I have read is indicative of British or European constuction in contrast to the black or gray material used in the US.
