Weber Gaskets

It's a very long time since I worked on Weber's & when I did everything was done to a budget of +/- 0.
I want to check & if necessary adjust the float levels on my 9 year old 45 DCOE'S.
Do you guys replace the paper gasket before refitting the "lid"?
I never did & can't remember having leaks.
If there could be a problem then I would order some replacement parts before starting the job.
Cheers
John

Not unless they break when taking off, problem is if yours have not been off for nine years then they may have become brittle, I think if I were you I would have some spare ones just in case......you dont have to use them and you could always sell them on Ebay later if you dont use them
