Rolling road to set up carbs near Berkshire?

My car has done about 1500 miles after it's rebuild.
I have balanced the carbs and set up the idle with a Colourtune, but it looks like the car is running rich.
Can anyone suggest someone near (ish) Berkshire who can set up Webers properly?
Thanks
Bruce

I know its not close but I use a very well experienced guy just outside Banbury. He is semi retried and works from home. He charged me ?60 to set up my webbers and also recommended that due to the non-standard cams the progression holes could do with some small adjustment. He suggested I drive the car and then go ahead with the mods. if I felt it necessary. He charged another ?60 for that work.
All of which I feel is very reasonable. I can provide details if you wish.
Regards
Andy

You could try these guys in Horsham West Sussex. They are only 20 miles South of M25 / J9 - A24 turn off. They have a rolling road and can set up your webers:

I personally haven't used them , but they seem to have a good reputation , and have had twin cams in before.
You should be able to get there within an hour.
