The seller of the vent on ebay is a DOG. He of the genuine, not, Sparto wing repeaters fame, as discussed on here before.
Unfortunately a friend of mine bought those Sparto wing repeaters from him for about £90 without consulting me first. When they arrived, he showed them to me, and just as I said on here, they were longer and wider than original items, and the bezel was not correct. He sent them back and got a refund. Seller literally said to him, did you think you were buying genuine Sparto wing repeaters for £90? Friend replied, well yes, because that was what you were advertising them as?
He left negative feedback that I wrote out for him. Purely factual, no swearing or anything else. Yes I know, hard to believe. The guy replies to feedback with the above bullshit. A month later, ebay have removed the negative feedback.
Steer clear of that seller. If I remember correctly, and I do, even Steve Loader, aka Elanfan, wrote to the bloke to tell him to stop describing them as Sparto, but still he carrys on.
Caveat emptor.
