Differential output shaft

Hopefully someone has a serviceable differential output shaft surplus to requirements, perhaps after upgrading, please?
I thought the bearing had failed, but the bearing has spun on the shaft and so it is toast.
(Trying to avoid the cost of upgrading, which for my gently road used S3 is unnecessary)
