burton are now producing new engine blocks.they are apparently being produced in cast iron and alloy.hope this is of some use to anyone .

Over 3,000.00 pounds or $7,500.00 (Australian) plus freight, plus import duty, plus GST. Could be $10,000.00 landed here.

I have two NOS Square cap L blocks, inc main caps etc...
Picked them up from a guy clearing out an old Ford dealership years ago..
I wonder how much would they be worth!!

Looks like <a href='http://www.wilcoxengines.demon.co.uk/' target='_blank'>http://www.wilcoxengines.demon.co.uk/</a> can also supply new blocks for quite a lot less.
