Fan Controller/Otter switch

Just fitted new wiring harnesses to my S4, but cannot see any connections for Otter Switch or wiring references in Workshop manual to connector up electric fan, can anyone point me in the right direction.

Currently have a capillary water temperature gauge so need to find a means of connecting the fan to a temp controller (any thoughts on which to use) and best relay to use, also a wiring diagram.

This has come up before. For whatever reason Lotus 'forgot' to include the fan in the wiring diagram. A thread from Phil has what you need:
