Dip Stick Tube oil leak

Hello,
I have an oil leak from my dipstick tube. Once warm it is a persistent drip every two seconds.
https://youtu.be/W0Cef-DnPMc - this is once the engine is off, but you can see the oil pooling on the bottom of the block webbing.
What is the best course of action?
Can I remove the tube without removing the sump?
Can I reuse my tube or should I buy a new one?
Should I use a sealant?
I am happy for an 'interim' fix as I plan to rebuild the engine next year, but alas I don't have the funds to do it now.
Thank you!
Oliver

Give ita good clean and degrease. Then use a small pencil brush and put a fillet of resin around the base.
