Engine block color ?

Found that:
"P155 " At this stage, if the engine is to be painted, paint it grey.
No engine ever left the factory in any colour other than Lotus grey.
An air-dry enamel is ideal, and one coat is sufficient".
P183 " The remainder of the engine was painted Lotus Grey-a grey with
a touch of blue in it. The nearest equivalent is Massey Ferguson
Stoneleigh Grey enamel, to which you should add a little blue enamel".
Hope this helps. I bought a small pot of it already mixed from Paul
Matty in the UK"
And also directly available from Kelvedon website

Bonsoir,
somehow my previous reply did not post...
Qed (no affiliation) offers some "lotus grey paint" :
https://qedmotorsport.co.uk/product/grey-engine-paint-tin/
though there are some shipping restrictions for this types of chemicals...
if you happen to decide to order some, let me know as I would need a tin or two myself, maybe we could split the extra shipping cost if this makes it reasonable...
