Cosworth paint color oil pan

Inquiring on the period early / mid 60s paint color Cosworth used on the wet sump steel oil pans - was it same red as block ? Or a different color - a couple race pals said the wet sump steel pans were silver or gray in color from recollection.

I'd be interested in both engine block and sump colour as I've a dry sumped Group IV spec Cosworth that is the original engine supplied with my 26R.
