Ian Walker engine rebuild

Hi, I am a new member seeking advice concerning my S4 Elan. The history file which came with the car includes an invoice from Ian Walker for a Lotus ?Build B? engine rebuild in 1977. Does anyone have any information about what this would have included? The invoice refers to new valves, skimming the cylinder head and flywheel but I am not sure whether this represents the full extent of the work. Any info gratefully received.
