Big Bore manifold - where from & fit

Guys, can any of you please shed any light on this? I got it off my friend but we are not sure of it's orign. I would like to know then I can look at getting the rest to match for Elan S4. Also has anybody fitted one of these "one piece" affairs. Does it go in OK? I have done all the other stuff before with removing engine mounts etc and shuffling motor across so am aware of normal procedure with split big bore ones.

It must be for an Elan as Escort's and Cortina's shape back higher up (at an acute angle) as I understand.
If nobody knows, I will just have to have a go at fitting it.
