Help finding lost data

Hi all
I have had computer problems, my Mac Book would not back up for a month and the the hard drive died.

I am back working but my restore is a month old.

I am missing a really useful table that had all the piston size, block heights, strokes and conrod lengths of all cross flow, pre-cross flow, Lotus and Cosworth engines. It was done in several colours and was a great quick reference.

I have searched the web and this forum and can not find it. Can someone point me at the right place?

I think it might be a good idea to have a thread with all these type of resource in one place
