A weber head that has new guides and seats, machined face and plenty of thickness with no water corrosion is around ?2000, so you can work back from that.
I would guess that if it's straight, not cracked, not badly corroded and is within thickness tolerance it has to be worth somewhere around ?800 - ?1200....plus ?150 or so for the webers if they haven't been stored at the bottom of the sea!

Cheers
Well the oily rag isn't worth a great deal unless Jim Clark used it on his Elan but as I need a head I'm going to say that the head is also not worth much or this will drive the price up
But seriously you need to know more about it ......why is it off the engine....has it been over skimmed.....is it a mk 1 or 2.....how are the seats and guides.......is it a BV ........has it got cams and which......are all the cam caps there....there is a lot of rubbish out there and some delusional people are quite happy to take your money
