Advice on head

Pulled the head on my '69 +2 Federal project, and don't care a lot for what it looks like. I know it's not the original engine, so I don't know the provenance of the head. No, I didn't make all those scratches:

Tried the gas test, and #3 drained completely in one Beatles song (OK, not as bad as it sounds, it was Hey Jude):

But I'm posting to ask if there is any useful info in the various markings that I can now see were on the bottom sides of the head. Anything I should know or tell someone before having the valves done?
