Yes. But it is a real (and I do mean a real) pig of a job. Very little room to work. You will need a lot of luck to get them out and back in sucessfully.
Best of luck with it. Be very careful not to damage the engine block.

I don't want to be a prophet of doom but there are more plugs, 2 on the exh side and one at the rear (and some in the head depending on which head you have)
If one of the side ones has corroded then the others must be suspect as well, unfortunately the one at the rear is an engine out job as it is impossible to see with the engine in
