Piston Rings

I have a set of new piston rings.

The only problem with them is that the top rings are broken.

Does anyone know if i can buy just the top rings? where?

This may not help, but the Piston Mfrs here such as JE, Ross & Venolia allow you to spec each type of ring independently of the other when you spec the piston [i.e., Top, 2nd, or Oil]. It may be that the Ring Mfrs. also allow you to purch directly from them. You can buy from them any one ring that they can order. While they specialize in High Perf stuff, they also do classic, vintage, etc and if they do not have the correct configuration of ring in stock, it can usually be ordered. No idea of the cost, especially when shipping to U.K., but perhaps a similar business in U.K. or Euro could be located. Good luck!
