Does anyone know how much a working twin cam engine is worth. Block is a 701M and the head looks rough cast with the letters EA32 stamped on the side. Doesn't smoke or rattle, drives well and oil pressure is 60 lbs cold, 30 lbs warm.

What kind of head? Weber/Dellorto or Stromberg?

Motor complete, or just long block?

I sold two recently, one early 6-bolt L block, 1780cc with Cosworth Pistons, worked rods, nice camshafts and bigger than Sprint valves, went for ?2600 but needed putting together,
the other one was of a similar vintage, a runner that could have done with a refresh, and it made ?2400.
The 1780cc was very cheap !

I have seen twinks on ebay in the US fetch around $3000-$4000 in claimed overhauled condition. (Interestingly there is a Europa (on strombergs, though)) in running condition with a claimed overhauled motor for sale for $5900 here in Houston and it has remained unsold for over a year. (needs paint)
