combustion chamber volume

PostPost by: tdafforn » Mon Jan 29, 2007 9:21 pm

Just checked the volume of by combustion chamber on my big valve.
It comes out to 37cc's. Is this in line with other peoples experiences?
Cheers

- sounds reasonable. Will always depend a bit on the height of your cyl-head and the height of valves / seats in the chambre.

Tim

37cc is good for an unmolested big valve head. Varies a bit depending on valve head profile, as well as with valve seat height and how much the head has been machined as observed
