federal mogul engine bearings

Hi All,
Anyone ever used federal mogul main, big end bearings?
Are they any good?
I can get hold of some at reduced cost, the bearing material is VP2, is this acceptable, or should I get some from the usual suspects?

I have used Federal Mogul bearing in twin cams previously with no problems I can remember.

I dont have a specific history as I have not kept track of which engines I built ended up with whose bearings but I have used them in a number of engines and never had any engine bearing problems beyond normal wear or those caused by poor oil pick up and loss of oil pressure in wet sump competition engines.
