I know that many of the old companies involved with some of the jobs we want doing are closing as owners retire, which is a nuisance so I can sympathise. Have you considered talking to Ken at Dave Bean, thinking about the time trying to find someone else, you may find it beneficial to find out what Ken can offer.
Also you may want to search out guys locally that are into hot rods as they often seem to know people because of some of the one off parts they need.
Not sure where you are in Maryland but a quick check just showed a few options. Radiator cores are not so different from one another in principle, and are easily tailored to suit an application. In your case they will remove the top and bottom tanks, clean them up and refit them to a new core, pretty standard practice. At least as previously suggested you won’t have issues reinstalling the unit.
