Spark plug torque and cam cap torque specs

12 lbs/ft with a drop of engine oil on the threads. If I don't have a torque wrench, the "light nip" as above.

Whilst you can get away with "a light nip" for something non critical like a spark plug I do hope people are using a proper torque wrench on their cam bearing cap nuts!
