3D printing usually only used for plastic items.
Sintered metal can be done but requires incredibly expensive machine.
Plastic items can of course be patterns for making sand moulds into which molten metal is poured to make the final part.

Hello Allo,
I have just heard that Coolex Radiators is making the thermostat filler neck like Clive Boy used too sell and he should have them for members in the next 5 weeks. His housing does not have the fan switch hole in it.

Sorry lads,
I searched for threads where members had wanted a Clive boy neck and replied that I now had them available, since the vendors pages closed it is hard to pt the word out to members.
