The output of the filter goes to the usual carb box entry. I used reinforced tube here to avoid kinks in the sharp bends. The Webers have a protruding bolt that gets in the way so I used a 16mm copper bend/reducer.
This is the filter I bought:

They sell on eBay, too. I found similar filters in DIY shops, but a lot more expensive (in France) - anywhere that sells compressed air equipment should have them.
1/2" connectors from here:
http://www.t-mex.co.uk/
... but again you should be able to find something adequate from a compressed air supplier.
