Help with Cylinder Head Identification

i was hoping the head was not ported - Big valves in an unported head would have been a sure sign of people playing with valves sizes alone as part of a development program.

Lotus had a lot of road test cars that produced results not seen in the regualr production versions - perhaps they used Brian Hart to produce the heads for these cars ?
