Help with Cylinder Head Identification

i was hoping the head was not ported - Big valves in an unported head would have been a sure sign of people playing with valves sizes alone as part of a development program.

Lotus had a lot of road test cars that produced results not seen in the regualr production versions - perhaps they used Brian Hart to produce the heads for these cars ?

Tim, Do you have access to factory personnel records, Tim? I wouldn't want to post names and addresses on a public internet forum, for privacy of the individuals concerned, but rumour has it that the first two owners on DVLA records were Lotus employees and it would be interesting to confirm this (and even more interesting to speak to them, if they are still alive).
