Camshafts on EBay

Perhaps, someone can enlighten me on the following code on a pair of camshafts that are for sale on EBay.
the code is KCRF435 RB, see attached photo.
Does anyone know what this code means, or the spec it has, or perhaps by whom this is made?

I would have assumed the KC refers to Kent Cams but the RF435 does not appear in their catalogue ?

I got some reply grom Kent Cams and this is what they coudl find on the camshafts

This is a camshaft that was custom ground for Racing Fabrications.
The only details we have for the RF435 is
Cam lift = 11mm
Duration at 0.25mm = 323°
Duration at 1.0mm = 267°

These are real racing cams not suitable for a road going car.
Thought you wanted to know.
