Re Timing Chest-Loctite or Never Seize?

It depends on which bolts you are talking about. I use blue Loctite on the single backplate bolt only. That is certainly one bolt you don’t want coming loose as it’s inaccessible. For the bolts securing the cartridge I use thread sealant (not thread locker). Thread locker is a pain to clean off the threads come service time and “locking” effect here is unnecessary. Anti Seize can be a bit slippery and cause over tightening of the bolts if you tighten to factory spec. All you need here is a thread sealant. Stop air and moisture reaching the thread and you have eliminated the chance of corrosion occurring.
