It for a bolt to the head, I think it probably bolt 23 on the diagram:
http://rdent.com/manuals/plus2/engine/ee.htm
Part number: XUCB0516
Which should be 1" 5/16 UNC threaded Hex head bolt.

The part listing states there are 2 of those bolts, so my guess is one for the inlet side shown in diagram and one for exhaust side not shown in diagram.
I might be wrong on that but the part list only has those two bolts, the main cylinder head bolts and the cylinder to timing case central bolt. There no bolt shown on the block page either: http://rdent.com/manuals/plus2/engine/ea.htm
So either that bolt or not listed.
Either way it should be the bolt from timing case to cylinder head. So you can confirm the thread size and requirement by measuring the hole on the cylinder head.

Hi All
The problem i had was a very small oil leak from that area and on inspection the oil appears to be coming from that hole that I thought was a open hole in to the timing chain front cover on inspection there is a bolt inside which finishes about 12mm from the bottom i think the oil is tracking down the thread of the bolt or it might be from the rtv silicone sealer in that area more inspection needed.
The bolt in the hole is item 23 as previously mentioned.
