123 ignition woes

My 123 ignition is working but I am unable to change curves. The working curve advances to 40 degrees which I don't remember entering. I tried entering more suitable curves but to no avail. I even tried deleting the files, deleting the app and starting over. After signing on the new app and with no curves entered, I started the car, went to dashboard mode and sure enough it advanced to around 40 degrees by 3000 rpm.

I believe you need the ingition on but engine not running to do this. Load the app and connect, go to curve tab, load or create the curve. Use the write button to send the curve to the dizzy.

Thanks Mbell. I'm not home this weekend but I'll try that out Monday.

What do you know. It works! Guess I missed the instruction where it said "write" the curve with ignition off.
