Per the title - does anyone know of anyone in SE England / London / Essex area who has flow bench facilities available to measure a Twin Cam cylinder head? I've tried a bit of searching but come up blank.

Try Vulcan Engineering at Brands Hatch. Been around along time and lots of experience with Twin Cams, did seats and guides on my head a couple of months ago, very good workmanship.
