Best way to change the engine mount - carb side?

Hi, I have an elan s4 on strombergs and need to change the carb side engine mount as its well sagged before I do a track day.

Whats best way - 1. from below ( i presume taking starter motor off), 2 from above removing carbs ( i presume new gaskets required). or 3 - both!

I did this not too long ago. I did it from below, and yes you'll need to remove the starter.
