How Many D / Half Moon Plugs on a Twink?

Just completed a final check tonight before an event tomorrow in the Elan, and I spotted a D plug sitting on a chassis rail under the rear of the engine. It was oil-free and in good condition, just a splodge of hardened jointing compound on it. No oil loss from engine (well no more than the usual).
Obviously it’s fallen off / fallen out from somewhere, but from where?
I checked the front and rear of the engine and there are total 4 D plugs in place, where they should be as per the picture from St Miles’s book below.
Are there supposed to be more than four? Perhaps this one was a belt and braces double-up, on top of another plug and it fell off?
Answers on a post card please!
Will I be alright on my drive tomorrow ?
Thanks in advance everybody.
Steve

There are only four Steve,
It is amazing how many bits I have lost down the side of the engine and they never appear again. I think I know all the remote recesses by now and they don`t appear on the garage floor. I must be leaving a trail.
How long must it have been there.
It`ll be fine.
