Tips on blocking Federal crossover pipes

Hello - and thanks In advance for the help. My Stromberg’s have the crossover pipe fittings welded shut, so I won’t be using the piping with my car BUT the exhaust manifold stil has the fittings open as shown in the picture.
I had the manifold ceramic powder coated before I realized the mismatch in my set up.
Any thoughts or tips on how to blank off the now unused crossover piping openings on the exhaust manifold?
Thanks!

a blanking flat plate sufficiently rigid to seal would do the job (4 or 5mm steel, depending on clamping options and the availability of an adequate gasket, as this is likely to get hot). You may want to opt for brushed or lightly sanded stainless or some material more looking like the ceramic coated manifold if you don't want to order a coating for just such a small part...

A suitably fashioned plate.
This is cosmetic only as the holes are blind, just connect to each other. No real requirement for a tight seal or even a gasket.

well my bad : if already nice and leak free, why not just add lightness and leave them as is? or dual use them as sausage warmers, there aren't that many of them still in use as originally intended...
