"B" spec camshaft timing

Hello again. I have another question. My official workshop manual shows 26 - 66 for the camshaft timing. The Wilkins book implies it is 22 - 62, a difference of four degrees. Does anyone know the correct timing?

22 - 62 is standard.

26 - 66 is SE spec or CPL 2.

Both with a .35 lift.
